Customer Support Specialist Description:

The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor and be able to handle all different types of customer interactions with a smile whether the interaction is positive or negative. This position does not necessarily require extensive customer service experience as we don’t want to follow what other companies have done. We are looking for a driven individual to grow with us, as we are still in our developmental phase. This individual must display initiative and drive to contribute to the customer support department’s success.
